As part of our continuing commitment to quality improvement, control and performance, Concrete Products Australia (CPA) places special emphasis on the welfare of our employees and understanding our clients’ requirements. Continual improvement of the quality management system is paramount to our continued success in our industry.
Major importance is attached to the Company’s competitiveness based on consistent quality of product that has traditionally lead to repeat business resulting from customer satisfaction.
Consequent objectives of the management and personnel of Concrete Products Australia (CPA) are to:
- Implement and maintain an accredited quality management system
- Provide objective evidence that the planned quality management system is implemented and maintained in accordance with management policies
The Quality Management System outlined is designed to satisfy the requirements of AS/NZS ISO 9001:2015 and has the full support of management and personnel of Concrete Products Australia (CPA) and its successful implementation and maintenance is a commitment by them. Proper adherence and participation to all quality related activities are a requirement of all personnel of Concrete Products Australia (CPA).
The Quality System excludes the requirements for “Design and Development”.

We are committed to respecting our environment and conserving its resources, and strive for continual improvement in the area of environmental sustainability.
Concrete Products Australia (CPA) dedication to managing and minimalizing environmental impacts has seen the business install solar panels. These have reduced Concrete Products Australia (CPA) CO2 emissions by over 15 tonnes each year – equivalent to planting 75 trees every twelve months.
